Alternative R&B artist Azriel will be releasing her anticipated single and video of ‘Inside Me’ on May 27th. Azriel’s musical introduction Sounds of an Angel was an ode to the beauty of growing out of a broken place.
Through her own mental health journey, she has utilized musical therapy to rediscover her true self and talent. Now, with her upcoming song ‘Inside Me’ the 24 year old artist is reawakening her sexy. This arousing anthem empowers and silences the shame on those who have experienced sexual victimization.
Azriel’s lyrical confidence and harmonies are combined with a soulful sound that instantly gives listeners earworms. The sensuality in the song can be easily felt. “Can’t nobody do the things that I do, If they knew, then all hell would break loose”. The two scene video begins with Azriel in a white corset, which sets the tone for the sultry yet angelic energy in the video.
Azriel wrote this song while reflecting on the pleasures of healthy boundaries both physically and emotionally. She says,”You need stable ground before liberation can come. However, let’s not get too lost in my sex life – nurturing my talents is more rewarding than pursuing desires. And boy, am I happy to nurture every part of my talent through music.”
UK singer-songwriter, Sarah Proctor, releases her brand-new single entitled “Paradise” along with the music video. Her emotionally charged delivery hovers over sparse keys and guitar as Sarah sets the scene for the heartfelt track about grasping onto a fading and fleeting moment. In addition to the single, Sarah also announces her upcoming EP, which will be released later this year. This will be her first project via Foundation/Geffen Records and will feature a mixture of previously released and unreleased tracks. “Paradise” is available now at all digital retail providers via Foundation/Geffen Records.
Sarah says about the song, “It’s about what you would’ve said if you knew you were going to see someone for the last time. There are so many moments in people’s lives where they don’t know if this could be the last time and they could’ve made so much more of the moment—whether it’s death or losing someone in love. It could be a breakup you didn’t see coming. It could be losing someone tragically. The last moment with someone you love felt like paradise.”
The accompanying music video for “Paradise” focuses on the relationship between Sarah and her partner as she reminisces on happier times. Dancing in a bar, reading in bed, riding bikes, laying together in a meadow, the connection is deep and undeniable, but as the video continues, there is a clear shift in the energy between them. By the end, it is clear the relationship is over, and all of the blissful moments were just memories.
Miami-born star Casely of Trinidadian and Panamanian roots teams up with dancer and YouTuber Geraldine Sarmiento in the official video for “Tráfico,” which is set for release on Friday, April 29. In the crisp visuals, Casely plays the role of an attendant at a car wash managed by Geraldine. The singer displays great theatrical skills as he perfectly and naturally delivers his role. The singer daydreams about having romantic moments with the model while at work and visibly loses concentration whenever he’s in the presence of the charming Geraldine.
When an overbearing admirer tracks her down at work, she puts him in his place as he gets thrown out of the office with the help of a security official. The following scene opens up with energetic dance moves from Casely and choreographers Chris Embroz and Ralph Cummings. The video was shot in Hialeah, Florida at Next Level Auto and directed by Casely, Elvis Casely JR, and Penguin Suit Lu.
The dembow-infused track is a fan favorite from Casely’s forthcoming album, “King of The South,” set for release in July. In “Tráfico,” Casely explores a captivating and seductive dembow beat with a bi-lingual melody, playfully dancing between vocal rhythms.
Casely is well-known for his smooth vocals and works with DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, Pitbull, Flo Rida, and Lil Jon. Casely has previously been signed by Epic Records and has appeared on CNN, MTV, BET, and Seventeen Magazine. As a multi-instrumentalist, his charming and effortless production, as well as his singing and songwriting style, are influenced by artists ranging from Michael Jackson, Ne-Yo, and Prince.

How did you get your artist name?
My artist name is Dreebo. I go by The Homie Dreebo also. I created my name when I first started making music for fun. There was a point where I tried to go by my real name “Naeem” but Dreebo had already stuck.
How would you describe your sound to readers who may not be familiar with you?
I would describe my unique sound as unpredictable. You never really know what you’ll get from me, but it will always be quality, fun, and inspirational. As a versatile artist I pride myself on being able to wear multiple hats and push different boundaries with an innovative approach to my music.
What’s one reason you are passionate about music and what inspires you?
One reason I’m passionate about music is because of the effect it has on other people. There’s a lot of people who are inspired by not only my perseverance and work ethic during this journey, but also by the things I say. I’m very passionate about the ability to inspire people and make them feel thru my music.
Who are some of your main musical influences?
I’m Inspired by a lot. Some of my personal musical influences are Pharrell, Nate Dogg, Lupe Fiasco, Bob Marley, Snoop Dogg, ScHoolboy Q, Kendrick Lamar, and Music Soulchild.
Tell us the name of the project you are currently promoting? What inspired this project?
The current project I’m promoting is my 365 project that I completed last year, where I released a song everyday for the entire year. That project was inspired by a video from 2017 of a conversation between Gary Vee & Nipsey Hussle.
What is this project about in your own words?
My 365 project is about consistency, and perfecting my craft. For me this was not only about shooting my shots, but it was also about challenging myself and allowing my audience to watch my growth in real time.
What’s next for you? Are you working on any upcoming projects we should be on the lookout for? Include some dates if you have them.
I’m currently working on an album exclusively produced by The Sensus a fire production duo out of Union City, CA. I’m also working on another album entirely written, produced, performed, and engineered by me that will be releasing this summer.
What message do you hope fans take away from your music and from this project?
I hope that my music and this 365 project inspires my fans and anybody who listens to try. In order to be successful at anything you first have to try.

Nonso Amadi, the globally acclaimed, Canada-based Nigerian singer, songwriter and producer whose triumphant return after a two-year hiatus was celebrated recently with the premiere of the lavish “Foreigner” music video, proudly follows up today with the YouTube Red Carpet video premiere of his latest track, “Different” featuring visionary R&B duo Majid Jordan.
Nonso describes “Different” as, “…the feeling you get when you meet a girl you like in a room filled with other beautiful women – and how she stands out from the rest and makes you want to chase after her.”
The catchy and vibrant record highlights the fusion of R&B and Afrobeats with fellow Toronto-based sensations Majid Jordan assisting Nonso on the single. Vocalist Majid Al Maskati expressed, “We started working with Nonso because we were fans of one another’s music. We connected during the pandemic and met at Noble Studios in Toronto. From there we just started making a bunch of music together. “Different” is one of those songs that feels different, is different, and brought us to Nigeria for the first time, where we experienced something different as well.”
When asked to recount the collaboration, Nonso stated, “I had an instant musical chemistry when I first met Majid & Jordan to work on songs. I found that every line I wrote, they would push me to go even further with it and be more descriptive in my words so as to paint a clear picture to the listener. Till this date I try to apply this movie-script-like method on every song. This was the case with “Different” and other songs we worked on.”
In support of the “Different” video, which was filmed in Nonso’s hometown of Lagos, Nigeria, MTV Base Africa recorded an episode of its “A Day In The Life” series during the shoot. Stay tuned for news of the documentary film’s premiere.
