MCM Raymond drops new EP “Many Can’t Maintain” f/ Remble, AzChike, & DJ Primetime

“It’s the same ole vibes but better, you feel me.”

Continuing his ongoing streak of music releases, Inglewood rapper MCM Raymond has been turning up the LA music scene and it’s apparent he isn’t letting up any time soon. From the release of his debut project Love Me Yet to his now newly released EP Many Can’t Maintain, it’s quite remarkable the growth in his musical ability.

When describing the vibe of Many Cant Maintain, Raymond reflects on his transformation between his previous project and his new one.

“It’s well-put together & took extra time on this project,” MCM Raymond says. “It’s an updated version of myself & my previous release is like the old me.”

Leading up to the release of his EP, lead singles “Jimmy Choo Freestyle,” and “Rasta” ft. AzChike left fans wanting to hear more. With accompanying music videos for both singles, MCM Raymond shows fans he can do it all. The LA rapper took to Twitter to announce the release of his EP with collaborations from AzChike, and DJ Primetime. The project also is equipped with a feature from San Pedro, CA rapper Remble on the track “The RIP.” These two powerhouse west coast rappers steadily deliver hard-hitting lyrics and flows, and showcase the artistic chemistry they have on a track.

“Man that’s my dawg forreal. He’s day one — the song came together was authentic,” MCM Raymond says of working with Remble.

Known for his fun yet creative style, his 8-track project Many Can’t Maintain showcases MCM Raymonds evolving talent. “I’ve grown a lot in my music I feel like the challenges I been goin through & losing people close to me have made me into the artist I am becoming,” he continues.

A product of his environment, MCM Raymond’s hunger for success can chart him as a distinct voice amongst LA’s upcoming rappers. His casual rap flow is present throughout the whole project and draws you in as you listen. From the intriguing production to the overall message of perseverance to prove his skills its safe to say MCM Raymond has outdone himself.

With standout singles such as “Come Back,” “The Rip,” and “Rasta,” MCM Raymond is just getting started and fans can get excited for what’s coming next.
