Powered by sleek Jazz horns and interweaving samples, Past Life is a contemporary adaptation to the beloved golden era Hip-Hop sound. The charismatic Solemn Brigham showcases his unparalleled rapping ability as he dives into the duality of living underground and just above it. Seeing the effect that we’ve had on people in person gives me the sense that Marlowe is more than just the two of us now and I pull from that as well.”

Fresh off the success of his most recent EP ‘The Bake Sale’ OG DAYV started the month off with undeniable vibes. Released on his birthday the West Coast rapper took no time to reintroduce himself to the world. The surprise announcement came from OG DAYV’s Instagram with a teaser of his cover art captioned, “Let’s get this going! “Upload” droppin’ tomorrow.”
Fueled with creativity and out the box thinking, the Oakland rhymer is no stranger to delivering quality music videos. The viral video for “No Tip Toe,” was his last released music video which topped 40k views on YouTube. Praised for his eccentric style and fun scenes he has proved himself to be a multifaceted creative.
While basking in the successes of “No Tip Toe” OG DAYV took no time off to come back swinging. The music video for “Upload” encompasses the bay area aesthetic from the clothes, to the popular bay area dances, OG DAYV stays true to his roots.
