OUTSIIDER drops off his debut album ‘Take a Walk Through My Burden’

OUTSIIDER has released his debut album Take A Walk Through My Burden. This album takes audiences on an emotional ride — as OUTSIIDER tells personal stories and gets authentic and relatable with his fans.

Throughout the project, OUTSIIDER features songs with dope beats, melodic flows and personal bars. The Chicago artist has also been releasing visuals from this album, with “Monopoly” being the lead single. The song garnered lots of attention and was even featured on the No Jumper Podcast. The reviews from No Jumper fans and viewers sparked OUTSIIDER to go even harder. Since then, OUTSIIDER has been featured on websites and influencers Instagram pages, and has taken his craft to the next level by collabing with TWA CAFE for the creation of his creative lyric videos.

RemixdMag asked OUTSIIDER how he come up with his unique name, and he responded:

“My original name was ‘unknown.’ But Apple Music said there would have to be a change to my artist name,” he said. “So I thought of why I started rapping, and it was from the battle within myself. When it became too much to bare, I went outside of all the trials and tribulations. That’s when I was able to feel free from it all. I sat down with my team and the name was born.”

At just 20 years old, the young rapper has a promising future if he stays consistent!

Jason Lee announces his new talk show ‘The Jason Lee Show’ premiering on REVOLT TV

Jason Lee has joined the Revolt family, kicking off his launch party with a Hollywood soiree

Jason Lee has arrived on the talk show scene in a major way. After years in Hollywood as a celebrity blogger, culture critic and public figure, Jason Lee finally has announced his very own show, The Jason Lee Showpremiering on Revolt on January 17th.

Lee had the house packed at Eden on Sunset in Hollywood to celebrate this full circle moment from blogger to talks show host. This event, which took place on Sunday January 8th, included a red carpet and celebrity guest attendees including; Remy Ma, Tiffany Haddish, Joseph Sikora, Kris Lofton, Tamar Baxton, Darius McCrary & more.

The red carpet was buzzing when Lee arrived and Remixd Magazine got a chance to speak with him one on one. When asked what it meant for him to be a Black man on a Black network he responded: “I am staying true to my brand. I advocate for Black talent, I advocate for Black journalists,” he said. “I’m proud to be Black, I’m proud to employ most of my staff who are Black and now I’m on Diddy’s network, who I went to first years ago … so it’s just real full circle.”

Then when asked who his dream guests would be, he answered immediately, “Rihanna.” Followed by responding that his favorite song from the pop superstar was “B*** Better Have My Money.” During the interview, host Ebone Chatman and Lee remarked on the fact that there is nothing better than a check that arrives on time!

The room was filled with excitement for this new endeavor for Jason’s partnership with Revolt and attendees were thrilled for the arrival of the Jason Lee Show. Guests were treated to a special surprise when Jason revealed that his first celebrity interview was with Cardi B. Attendees went wild with excitement when an image of Jason and Cardi during the interview taping was brought up on screens around the party.
