Review: New single “4EVA,” by Aminé, Kaytranada, and Pharrell Williams

Kaytranada & Amine

Opinon

“4EVA” is the hit new single that you absolutely need on your summer playlist this year. The track features the cumulative production of Aminé’s rich lyricism, Kaytranada’s hypnotic beats, and Pharrell Williams’ sound production. The track was released as a single on April 7th and precedes a collaborative album with Kaytranada and Aminé set to release on May 12.

Review of the track

The track’s duration features a 3:10 wave of music that transcends into the ears of listeners that make you want to get up and dance. The beats by Kaytranada fuse immensely with the first verse of the song as Pharrell and Aminé tag team. The lyrics takes you away as the song speaks about two lovers being together 4eva, “My forevеr is forever, can’t let nothin’ comе between.” You are then taken to the chorus in which Williams blissfully solidifies each of Amine’s verses through the chorus with the lyric, “That means forever (Forever and ever, forever and ever).” Listening to 4EVA gave me all the right feels of being with friends and reminiscing on shared memories with loved ones. The track is best paired with friends, a dance floor, and a heart to move. This track has opened the door for more rich artistry styles for each of the artists and I hope that they will continue to create music together, “4EVA”. You will be made new in listening to the track just as I was!

What people are saying about “4EVA”
