“My name is Klaus, and my artistic identity is K1aus, pronounced the same way. Rome Streetz – Noise Kandy 5

Rome Streetz’s new LP, Noise Kandy 5, is the last installment to the rapper’s Noise Kandy series. “I have chosen to end the series here at five because that number signifies power,” Rome Streetz said. “The series was made to display how dangerous I am with the pen. We’re going out with a bang!” On the MC’s newest offering, he flexes his lyrical muscles, annihilating his rap peers with an ounce of pivotal rhymes. After hitting the play button, hip-hop enthusiasts are immediately hooked. The New York rhymer touches on several themes, from having a high level of prominence to “still eating dinner off the same plate he was bagging.” The production is just as remarkable as it incorporates boom-bap, hip-hop, and more. The album features Joey Bada$$, Curren$y, Boldy James, Rigz, Conductor Williams, Evidence, and Wavy Da Ghawd.

Radamiz – “The Monk’s Ferrari”

BK MC, Radamiz uses vivid storytelling to touch on societal issues and his impeccable pen game in “The Monk’s Ferrari.” The song’s sleek boom-bap soundscape is by Verde Madera. In under 4 minutes, the lyrical rapper drops clever one-liners and bars that move people to make positive changes. One line that highlights the song’s underlying theme goes, “This picture shows he’s responsive/Verses is vlog-esque/Kept it Vogue cover through the grotesque/Oh yes! We vent!/For all the steam built up being oppressed/We kept iron to put negative charges to ions.” The single comes from Radamiz’s forthcoming project, El Duende! 

“‘The Monk’s Funeral’ is the first song Verde Madera and I are releasing together after building a 10-year friendship,” Radamiz said in an exclusive press statement given to Medium Creative Agency. “The title comes from a book at our AirBnB in Topanga called The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. Verde had just made those two beats the morning I showed up, and when I heard them, we decided to merge them before I added my vocals. I knew we had something special immediately.”
