King Harris and T.I. turn up the family feud at the Atlanta Falcons game, get into verbal fight

King and TI

Thanksgiving weekend took a rough turn for T.I. and his family after his son King Harris’ outburst at the Atlanta Falcons game went viral. In fact, the incident was caught in 4K on Instagram Live and led to yelling and tensions escalating between King and his parents. The trap legend’s son expressed his frustration, leading to T.I. yelling insults at his son.

This past thanksgiving weekend. T.I. and his family were in attendance to support the team, where they faced off against their rival, the New Orleans Saints. The game proved to be a nail-biter, but the Atlanta Falcons came out on top as winners! Unfortunately, it wasn’t a win for T.I.’s family. King’s behavior at the event created a negative buzz that took over the internet, leading to more questions than answers.

Kicked off on King’s IG Live before kickoff, King revealed that he had spent time at his grandmother’s due to fighting. Tiny then grabbed the phone and revealed the real reason behind Harris’ frequent visits to his grandmother’s. Things took a turn for the worse from there. King accused those around him of not understanding and asked why they were allowing someone to play with him. In response, T.I. became angry as King stepped to him saying that King was an embarrassment to the family.

In doing so, King Harris added fuel to the fire by posting a photo on his Instagram story with a caption that read, “I stand on BUSINESS. DON’T GIVE A F-CK WHO U ARE”. Since, the incident has sparked heated conversations on social media, which speculates the reason behind King’s behavior. Many have also been quick to criticize King, despite little being known about what led up to the altercation. Some people have suggested that T.I. and Tiny’s parenting style could be the cause of King’s behavior. Others have expressed compassion for King, believing that he is merely expressing his frustration and anger. In addition to chiming in with comments and concerns about the consequences of airing family drama online.

The Family hustle turned tussle

Overall, T.I’s son’s behavior and T.I.’s response only highlight the importance of protecting the family’s privacy. Although at this time, it is unclear whether the incident has impacted T.I.’s relationship with his son, as no official update has been provided on the matter.

To say it was not a happy holiday experience would be an understatement. Even with all of that, the rap superstar went on to put on a performance for the fans. In fact, he did just that following the family feud. Nonetheless, he still gave it his all for the hyped up hip-hop heavy audience. Take a look below! Hip-Hop legends T.I., Ludacris, and more, take over Atlanta Falcons game at Mercedes Benz Stadium

T.I.

Welcome to Atlanta where the players play…

Atlanta, Georgia is known for its love of hip-hop and football. So, when the Dirty South legends gathered at Mercedes Benz Stadium for the Atlanta Falcons game, it was a moment to remember. The hip-hop talent on the field was the deepest roster, and it stirred up a lot of excitement as the crowd went wild for the musical icons. As we continue to celebrate 50 years of hip-hop, there have been many celebrations, but none like the one witnessed at the stadium!

Atlanta Bring Em Out!: T.I leads the Falcons out on the field

Kicking off the game,  T.I. took to the field as he had the crowd chanting “Bring ’em out, bring ’em out.” Though there were some technical difficulties with his microphone, it did little to diminish the fan-filled excitement on the field. Atlanta hip-hop legends like YoungBloodZ, Earthgang, JID, Killer Mike, and Waka Flocka Flame were in attendance alongside many other artists in the end zone.

Tribute takeover

Raising the temperature at the Mercedes Benz Stadium, during the first quarter, there was a tribute to Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez, which featured TLC’s very own Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chili” Thomas. The energy from the crowd was ecstatic, and it was clear that attendees had been looking forward to this memorable moment for a long time. Moments later, Bone Crusher had the majority of the 70,160 people in the stands singing “Never Scared” at the top of their lungs. It was yet another electrifying moment of the day.

Maintaining momentum, the halftime show was a sight to see also. It alternated from the field to overlooking the stadium, with Jermaine Dupri, Quavo, Big Boi, and Jeezy each taking their turn on the mic. Big Boi sang “The Way You Move,” which he sang from his half of OutKast’s Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, while Quavo provided a touching tribute to his nephew and fellow Migos member, Takeoff. The entire show was one for the books, with the performers hyping the crowd to a new level.

Ludacris drops down from above at Atlanta’s Falcons and Saint rivalry game

While the game was wrapping up, Ludacris drops down and zip-lines from the rafters, singing “Move Bitch” from a couple hundred feet in the air. Known for being the life of the party, Ludacris goes crazy to close out the historical hip-hop moment.

The Atlanta Falcons game against the Saints at the Mercedes Benz Stadium was an experience like no other. Thanks to the gathering of Dirty South legends on the field, Hip-hop culture continues to transcend music. Encompassing everything from fashion to football and everything in between. Hip-hop fans had a field day with this experience, and in truth, everyone there was mesmerized. The 50th anniversary of Hip-hop has been a big deal, and this event was the cherry on top.

Although it was unfortunate that the show’s national broadcast devoted so little attention to the historic Dirty South performance—and that some of it was tarnished by technical errors, it still has show stopping moments that won’t be forgotten. At the very least, Atlanta’s hip-hop elite got to see their beloved Falcons defeat their dreaded rival New Orleans Saints 24 to 15. Great game!
