His latest single, “Breathe,” released on November 28, 2024, invites fans to explore themes of healing and self-discovery.

Jared describes “Breathe” as a deeply personal track born from a period of emotional numbness. The song reflects his journey of coping with unexpected changes in his life, including becoming a father and navigating the complexities of trust in his relationship. Instead of succumbing to the weight of these challenges, Jared and his partner chose understanding and forgiveness, opting to heal rather than escape.

“For me, ‘Breathe’ is about reconnecting with yourself,” Jared shares with Remixd Mag. “It’s a call to return to your breath in the midst of pain, to remember who you are.” The introspective lyrics and Jared’s emotive delivery make “Breathe” a heartfelt song for anyone feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

Musically, Jared says he draws influence from artists like H.E.R., Ty Dolla $ign, and Brent Faiyaz, channeling their authenticity and depth into his own work. “Breathe” is the second-to-last single from his upcoming EP, Lost in Translation, which is slated for release in March 2025.

Jared hopes his music inspires listeners to be honest with themselves and find hope, even in the toughest times. “You can let any prison in life fall away,” he says. “Just take a moment to breathe through the pain.”
