AntoneNow breaks through the haze with latest single “FOG”

AntoneNow

At just 17 years old, Florida-based rapper, producer, and creator AntoneNow (@antonenow) is making music far beyond his years. With a sound that blends the soulful innovation of Smino, the rebellious creativity of Tyler, the Creator, and the genre-blurring emotion of 070 Shake, AntoneNow’s latest single “FOG” is a bold, self-produced statement that demands attention.

AntoneNow is already catching the ears of hip-hop veterans and tastemakers alike, Moreover, he has received early co-signs from industry heavyweights including Statik Selektah, Dreamville’s Lute, mynameisntjmack, SolChyld, and members of Pivot Gang like Saba and DaeDae. Most recently, he earned a spot on Def Jam artist DDK’s new EP—an impressive feat for someone still in high school.

“FOG” stands as a defining track that offers a glimpse into the introspective and genre-bending direction of his upcoming project. In fact, it’s layered with moody synths, unpredictable drum patterns, and melodic switch-ups. The production showcases a level of craftsmanship rarely seen. It shows his level of dedication to his craft.

In Antone’s own words:
“I’d say ‘FOG’ is about feeling like you have to break yourself in 20 thousand pieces for 20 thousand people to feel like you’re enough for them all. Trying to fit into stereotypes, but when you’re for everyone, you’re also for no one. So you should stick to what’s most important to you and the people who are, too.”

His message resonates with anyone who’s ever felt pulled in too many directions. Moreover, it’s delivered with a level of honesty and clarity that cuts through the noise. With Cuban-Dominican roots and a southern edge, AntoneNow adds a unique cultural flavor to the alternative hip-hop scene. Thus, making “FOG” a track that shines spotlight on what AntoneNow is capable of.

“FOG” proves he’s not just next up. He’s already here.
