According to a speech during his album’s listening partyI’ll Always Come Find You exudes pure realness. His unapologetic demeanor ultimately created a “beautiful masterpiece.”

JT – “90s Baby”

JT’s new song “90s Baby” finds the Florida femcee illustrating the depths of her charm. The single samples Joe’s hit song “All the Things (Your Man Won’t Do).” It serves as the eighth track off her album, City Cinderella. In “90s Baby,” JT uses direct rhymes that explore her confidence, love language, and more. Throughout the single, JT touches on what their romantic rendevous could be like.   Lyrics like “These b***hes won’t smoke with me ’cause I’m the baddest/F**k him like a rabbit/He pay me in carats” take the narrative home. City Cinderella contains 16 tracks, including the hit single “OKAY.” The album features DJ Khaled, Stunna Girl, Jeezy, and Clip.

Rob49 – “On Dat Money (feat. Cardi B)”

Rob49 and Cardi B indulge in their riches via “On Dat Money.” As the bass-heavy trap beat sounds off, Rob49 raps about spoiling his lady with a wad of blue faces. Elsewhere, Rob49 alludes to getting frisky with his significant other. For example, he rhymes, “Get your nails done, you know I hate it when you bummin’, hoo/Bring them blues out and f**k you right there on that money.” Cardi B mirrors Rob49’s sensual escapades, taking it a step further with rhymes about getting her way. “Yeah, uh, f**k me right there on that money/I ride d**k on my feet/I be hoppin’ like a bunny/I’m a freak, slut me out, you gon’ see me get disgustin’/I be suckin’ dick from scratch, when it’s soft, when it’s gummy,” she spits.

Yhapojj – “Flock”

On the pluggnb offering “Flock,” Yhapojj declares that he’s done playing the field. From the beginning of the Tylo-produced song, Yhapojj explains why he’s staying single. The Alabama rhymer lists disloyalty and deceit as some of the reasons. “You said you was done with all these stupid niggas/Yo’, let’s f**kin’ go,” he raps. But I caught that s**t/I seen it when he liked yo’ picture.” As the song continues, Yhapojj lays down the charm, asserting he can have any baddie on his arm. He also forewarns the opps, implying that he’s ready for war. Lyrics like “Yeah, that n***a ain’t down with the flockin'” take the narrative home.

Brellaunte – “Outside”

Brellaunte’s new piano-kissed alternative R&B song “Outside” is about living in the heat of the moment. In under three minutes, the singer uses a honeyed vocal range to express that she wants to keep things casual with a potential suitor. Brellaunte enjoys catching a vibe with this person but asks them not to fall in love with her. Elsewhere in “Outside,” she makes it known that she’s not bothered by other people who want to spit game at him. Brellaunte is confident that he won’t be swayed. “So I don’t let n***as post my picture/Never gonna catch me slip up/Never know where he be/’Cause he outside with me,” she sings. The song is accompanied by a music video that’s inspired by the Jada Pinkett Smith-led film Woo.

Tiara Imani – “Hella Text”

Serving as a song off her upcoming EP, Love Letters From A Water Sign, Tiara Imani’s “Hella Text” is about being entirely over a person who refuses to let go. Through her delicate, ethereal vocal register, Tiara Imani speaks about an admirer who keeps blowing up her phone despite her disinterest in them. The singer takes fault for any mixed signals she gave off but doesn’t want to take the relationship to the next level. Tiara Imani believes she’s spared this person’s feelings and suggests that they move on. In the chorus, she sings, “All on FaceTime/Feels like you’re winning/Ain’t s**t changed dawg from the beginning,” along with “I’ve been patient with you all the way/Giving you grace, giving you love, giving you space/And I’m sorry but you won’t catch me asking what we are.”
