Hailing from Dallas, Texas, BigXthaPlug has had quite a run this year. Following the release of his sophomore album, Take Care last month, his stellar performance quickly earned him the number 8 spot on the Billboard 200’s chart. The albums success has transferred over to his now “Take Care” tour. On Monday, BigXthaPlug alongside several artists delivered a high energy yet dance worthy performance.
Kicking things off, the show was opened by upcoming Memphis talent, Tre Loaded. Instantly, Tre won over the crowd with his confident lyrics, smooth flow, and high energy. His performance included the single “Another Whip” from his critically acclaimed mixtape, LOADED which released earlier this year. Additionally, he performed more of is previous work including “Dangerous,” as well as “Vo Flow.” Tre ended his performance by previewing an upcoming collaboration he has in the works with BigXthaPlug.
Furthermore, Texas met Charlotte last night. Prior to X’s performance, fans were in for a treat. In 2023, he founded his own label, 600 Entertainment. Each artist signed to the label took turns performing a medley of their music. Artists include Ro$ama, Yung Hood, and MurdaGang PB. The trio carried the vibes to new heights which seamlessly set the tone for X’s performance.

Moreover, the crowd’s excitement grew in anticipation as X took the stage. His laid back persona kept the crowd moving as he performed tons of songs from his Take Care album including “2AM,” “Law & Order,” “Mhmm,” and tons more. Additionally, he performed his viral hit, “The Biggest” which he accompanied with the song’s now trendy dance. Aside from his stellar performance and smooth dance moves, he announced his favorite part of the night. Suddenly, Charlotte’s own, DaBaby made a surprise appearance. Fans jumped and sung in excitement as Dababy performed his hit singles “Rockstar” and “Suge.”
Furthermore, BigXThaPlug maintained high stamina while delivering his highly charismatic bars throughout each song. His presence alone shifted the rooms tone to extreme heights. The just under two hour set was packed with all of his hits so far. Next Up, BigXthaPlug is set to take his “Take Care” tour to Washington, DC. The tour will run into December.
