Heating up 2023, on the rise New York Bronx rapper Keveli (@imKeveli), is releasing his new single “CASUALTY” on March 24th 2023. This will be his fourth single from his upcoming project ‘IM.PERFECT.’
“My sound is universal,” he says. “I have records that are primarily on drill beats. But the topics vary. My sounds expand to R&B and Afrobeats. There’s definitely something for everyone.”
Keveli is a hybrid drill Bronx rapper. Even though listeners hear the drill sound, the lyrics are not just about violence. Listeners will hear stories about hustling, heartbreaks, mental battles & party turn ups. Keveli’s transition to becoming an artist happened during the pandemic as he began to record drill and R&B music.
Keveli has always been involved in music. Latin music to be precise. He has performed with many known Latin artists such as Luis Vargas, Bachata Heightz, Elvis Martinez, Shino Aguakate and more. His song “Rudeboy” has been played on POWER 105.1 with New York Radio Personality DJ Self.
“Music is a way for me to express myself,” he says. “Whether I’m venting my personal problems, a friends problems who inspired me to write from their perspective or just being inspired by a fire beat. “
