Central Cee delivers on his LA Leakers debut

The UK rapper makes it look effortless in his LA Leakers bow.

UK rap phenomenon Central Cee has done it again.

In an unconventional LA Leakers appearance, the 24 year old “Doja” lyricist from London arrived at Power 106’ famed show in a retro Brazil soccer jersey and an iced out “23” Cuban link chain.

Alongside its popular hosts DJ Sourmilk & Justin Credible, the fast-rising emcee didn’t hesitate in delivering a rapid fire freestyle that left the room in disarray.

Hopping on an original beat, the self-confident UK rap stalwart whose claim to fame was none other than a badge stamp by Six god Champagne Papi and multiple co-signs such as Wizkid in late 2020 before staking his claim on not only the UK rap scene, but globally including the U.S.

Prior, Cee has been known to be one of the most idyllic emcees courting witty punchlines, introspective storytelling and a clear tone when rapping to a variety of beats from Drill to Trap.

On this freestyle showing, the ruminant wordsmith began by accepting claims “he is the one to bridge the gap” between UK and U.S. rap before setting the bar high with his impressive performance.

Translating U.S. slang to UK for the audience, Cee made it look effortless as he straddled through different lingo and street tales, as well as shooting his shot at Rubi Rose in mind-blowing fashion.
