Icewear Vezzo is back with a brand new album. The Detroit heavy hitter takes us home referencing where he grew up with the LP titled ‘Live From The 6.’ Additionally, Vezzo included his upbringing in the album’s rollout by partnering with Detroit’s Department Of Transportation to provide bus rides throughout McNichols, also known as 6 mile. The album ‘Live from the 6,’ includes the singles “Perfect” featuring DaBaby and “Class of 2024.” Both of which he has released visuals for.
The album ‘Live from the six’ continues Vezzo’s extensive catalog as a signed artist under Quality Control Music. The LP includes features from artists such as YTB Fatt, Chuckie CEO, Dababy, and another Detroit front runner, Babyface Ray. Vezzo accompanied the release by releasing the music video for the single ‘Class of 2024.’ Sticking to the theme of the song, the video takes place in a school setting. The beginning scene depicts the concept of a yearbook. You can watch the visual for ‘Class of 2024’ below.
Icewear Vezzo Remains Consistent
Moreover, it has been almost two years since his last project. In 2022, Vezzo teamed up with legendary producer, DJ Drama for his album ‘Paint The City’ (Gang Grillz) featuring DJ Drama. The album provided singles such as ‘It’s All On U’ featuring Kodak Black and ‘No Talking featuring Peezy and GT. Other artists including on the album are 2 Chainz, Future, and Jeezy. Dispite his absence in releasing albums, Vezzo has remained consistent with dropping a host of singles. These Includes 2023’s ‘Back On The Road, ‘Raw ASL’, and ‘Pouring Work’ which was released earlier this year.
Furthermore, Icewear Vezzo continues to prove he is hear to stay. As he continues to remain on of Detroit’s most prominent voices, the album ‘Live From The 6’ continues to solidify why his music has become a staple beyond home state.
