Singer-songwriter Iman Europe and producer Kaelin Ellis have officially joined forces for Chrysalis, a 15-track collaborative album that’s all about evolution. Emotionally, spiritually, and sonically.
Fully produced by Ellis, Chrysalis flows like one long journey rather than a playlist of random songs. Each track blends into the next, pulling from soul, hip-hop, electronic textures, and experimental grooves. It’s rich, warm, and futuristic at the same time. The kind of album you listen to front-to-back with no skips.
Iman Europe’s voice is the anchor. She floats between soft vulnerability and confident affirmation, turning personal growth into poetry. Whether she’s reflecting on past wounds or stepping into her power, she delivers it with intention and soul.
The feature list is stacked too. ILL Camille, Iman Omari, TOBi, Rexx Life Raj, Cocoa Sarai, V.C.R, Fat Ron, EAT, and Geminelle all make appearances. Furthermore, everyone adds different colors to the story without ever breaking the album’s flow.
“Chrysalis represents growth, change, and stepping into the next chapter of my artistry,” Iman Europe says. “It’s more than just music — it’s my journey, and everyone who touched this project is part of that transformation.”
To celebrate, Iman Europe is heading out on a U.S. tour starting October 17th, alongside collaborator Rexx Life Raj. Expect live instruments, energy shifts, and storytelling in motion.
If you’re into soul with substance and production that pushes boundaries, Chrysalis is one of those albums you sit with, not just hear.
