Atlanta rapper J.I.D is heating up the summer with big news and even bigger bars. He released a brand-new freestyle called “32”, and it comes with some exciting announcements… including a new mixtape and his fifth studio album.

The freestyle shows off J.I.D’s signature flow with verses about drive, hunger, and pushing through. What makes it even cooler? The visual for “32” features real footage from J.I.D’s high school football days.

At the end of the video, fans also got a sneak peek at a new partnership with JD Sports that J.I.D teased in the freestyle. While full details are still under wraps, it’s clear there’s more to come.

Even beyond his solo work, J.I.D is still making waves. He recently teamed up with Offset on the track “Bodies”, which just debuted at #72 on the Billboard Hot 100. His verse has already been named one of the best of the year by Complex.

The announcements don’t stop there. J.I.D also revealed that his GDLU Preluxe Mixtape (short for God Does Like Ugly) is dropping on July 4, 2025, just in time to soundtrack your summer.

If “32” is any clue of what’s coming, fans are in for something special.
