Richmond, CA artist JIG LeFrost (@jig_lefrost) has unveiled the music video for his lyrical track “VENTI,” taken from his most recent full-length release, “I’m Right Here.” The video, created in collaboration with Chuck Magazine, was directed by Achilleas, co-founder of the Los Angeles-based magazine.
In this fast-paced and ominous visual, JIG LeFrost presents a larger-than-life presence, turning everyday locations like a Starbucks Coffee Shop and a Denny’s booth into menacing settings.
JIG describes his music as akin to “a comet hurtling towards the earth.” The enigmatic rapper, often referred to as “wanted for space crimes,” delivers a dynamic and mysterious performance in this collaboration with Chuck Magazine.
JIG LeFrost has graced both virtual and physical stages alongside artists such as Blvck Svm, The Good Perry (formerly Burberry Perry), Maxo Kream, Billie Eilish, TI, and more. He has also collaborated with multiple Billboard #1 producers like Juberlee & Sims Cashion (known for their work with Playboi Carti, Destroy Lonely, Lecrae, Lil Yachty, and others). JIG LeFrost’s “I’m Right Here” even secured the #13 spot on Apple Music’s New Hip Hop chart for two consecutive weeks, a noteworthy achievement considering the notable projects released during that period, including Nigo’s “I KNOW NIGO,” Denzel Curry’s “MELT MY EYES,” and Buddy’s “Superghetto.”
