Philadelphia duo, PRLM CHLD, close out the summer with breezy new track, “Dolce”

Drawing comparisons to the legendary Hip-Hop group, “Fugees,” Philadelphia duo PRLM CHLD has established a name for themselves in the “215” and beyond after releasing several well-received singles and grabbing co-signs from Jadakiss, Fabolous, and Wyclef Jean himself.

Consisting of members Scottie Kash and Pride Zu, PRLM CHLD’s latest release comes in the form of the luxuriously melodic  track, “Dolce.”

A mesmerizingly smooth, afro-beats infused jam, the Pride Zu-produced “Dolce” finds the Philly duo singing about the rewards of patience and in turn, perseverance. “Promise me you goin’ cheer me on and hold it down for the team, yeah yeah,” the pre-chorus goes.Their lyrics offer hope and the promise of better days despite the dark times one may be going through, especially when the journey is with a loved one.

“Dolce was inspired by the conversation between you and the loved ones around you to keep that promise to keep faith while coming from humble beginnings in order to see those rewards come later,” the duo shares with us.

While the Summer is coming to an end, “Dolce” is a reassuring, audible vacay that is just as breezy as it is bold.
