Snoop Dogg, Champ Medici takeover at Veecon and EDC

Legendary rapper Snoop Dogg and his son Cordell Broadus, aka Champ Medici, made an appearance last weekend at EDC Las Vegas and Gary Vee’s first-ever ticketed NFT conference, VeeCon. The father-son duo traveled to two cities within two days to engage with fans and NFT enthusiasts for the first time since their rise in the Cryptocurrency and Non-fungible Token (NFT) industries.

Twelve hours before the duo’s arrival at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota, Snoop Dogg stopped in Vegas and did a surprise performance during JAUZ’s DJ set. A lucky audience member won a Bored Ape NFT from Snoop Dogg and Champ Medici through a random raffle selection. Following the announcement, the pair showcased a standout digital display of the NFT in the sky using cutting-edge drones and satellite technologies.

After a night in Vegas, Snoop Dogg and Champ Medici traveled to Minneapolis and closed out VeeCon. The duo joined Gary Vee on stage for a one-on-one discussion about digital transformation, their start in the industry, acquiring Death Row Records and turning it into the first NFT music label, brand collaborations, etc.

We were happy to give away a Bored Ape with Zash Global Media,” states Snoop Dogg.

As the inspiration behind his father’s prolific rise and participation in the NFT and crypto movement, Cordell Broadus, aka Champ Medici, is ushering in a new wave of culture and digital technology.

“First they laugh, then they hate, and then they join,” a statement Champ Medici made at VeeCon, which went viral on social media shortly after. “I’m onboarding the masses through events like EDC and VeeCon. It’s cool to do it with my client, which is my dad.”

Snoop Dogg and Champ Medici are collectively disrupting and revolutionizing every aspect of the NFT and Cryptocurrency arena. They are working on a slew of NFT projects and new drops and have become consultants for many top NFT and Crypto brands, gaming apps, and entertainment professionals.
