The Weeknd makes history with 7 sold-out shows at SoFi stadium

The Weeknd

The Weeknd just broke a major record! And the city of Inglewood is making sure everyone knows about it. The global superstar now holds the title for most shows by a male artist at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium. In fact, it was seven sold-out concerts during his After Hours Til Dawn 2025 Tour.

Over the course of just one weekend, more than 200,000 fans packed the stadium to see The Weeknd live. In honor of this moment, the City of Inglewood officially declared June 25–29 “The Weeknd Week.”

Moreover, from the visuals to the vocals, fans were treated to a next-level experience. Each night brought a massive crowd, show-stopping production, and that signature Weeknd energy that keeps audiences hooked.

To mark the occasion, The Weeknd was presented with a special plaque celebrating his seven-show record at SoFi. This is really a moment that cements his place in LA’s music history.

The Weeknd’s concerts are a big win for Inglewood. Moreover, he brought a major boost to the local economy.

Furthermore, as part of his tour, The Weeknd has partnered with Global Citizen to help drive positive change around the world. $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to support children from vulnerable communities globally. Fans will also have the opportunity to earn a pair of free tickets to each tour date by taking action to end extreme poverty with Global Citizen. For more information, visit www.globalcitizen.org.

Whether you were lucky enough to be in the crowd or just watching the highlights online, there’s no denying this was a once-in-a-generation moment.
