Tyler The Creator unveils ‘Chromakopia’ album

Following the success of his 2021 multi- award winning album, “Call Me If You Get Lost,” Tyler The Creator unleashes his next phase.

Tyler The Creator officially returns with his seventh studio album, Chromakopia. On Monday, Tyler Creator shared the highly anticipated 14 song full length album. Tyler’s return comes three years after the release of his Grammy award winning project Call Me If You Get Lost. Additionally, he followed up with the project’s deluxe, Call Me If You Get Lost: The Estate Sale, just last year. This week, Tyler delivers his latest era while including tons of surprises.

Furthermore, Tyler rapidly began teasing the release of this project with it’s first single. “Noid” earlier this month. The single touches on relatable topics including mental health. Shortly after the single’s release, he shared the song’s music video. In less than 10 days, the music video has accumulated over 8 million views. You can watch the music video for “Noid” down below.

Tyler The Creator is full of surprises

Initially, Tyler took a mysterious approach with the release of this album. Prior to it’s release, he did not give any indication of the project included any features on it. However, This project includes features from Daniel Caesar, Teezo Touchdown, ScHoolboy Q, Glorilla, Sexyy Red, Doechii, and Lil Wayne to name a few. Aside from features, Tyler’s subject matter for this album delivers tons of relatability an worldly issues. Throughout the project, he touches on mental health, sexuality, self identity, and tons more. So far, the album is aiming to sell over 200k units in its first week. He is now on track to gaining the number one slot on the “Billboard Top 200” chart.

Moreover, Tyler is finishing off 2024 for strong. Next month his Camp Flog Gnaw festival celebrates 10 years. The festival will take place on November 16th and 17th at the Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles. This year’s performers include Jordan Ward, André 3000, Tommy Richman, Laila, Erykah Badu, and Denzel Curry, and Daniel Caesar to name a few.Next year, Tyler is set to embark on the Chromakopia Tour alongside Lil Yatchy and Paris Texas.
