For his Remixd Mag debut, Compton newcomer YS shows you the pain with his new visual for “In My Eyes”. Continuing with his prolific progression, the Compton emcee pours his ice cold heart out over the cool, melodic Trademark production. Although YS jumpstarted his career with rowdy gangster rap anthems such as his Sada Baby collaboration “Mobsters”, he has recently showcased he has the ability to make melodic pain music such as “In My Eyes” and “Deep Thoughts” (produced by 10Fiftyy). This is YS at his most vulnerable yet, as he croons “I done felt a lot of pain, you can see it in my eyes”. He does however notify listeners that he stays dangerous with lyrics like “a couple people up on my list, we better not cross ways”. The Bijan Productions directed visual, displays YS and his squad sliding across the city, hitting the studio and retiring to their respective section.
