Salt Lake City-bred rap artist Zazilla already has a wealth of experience in the music industry, however, his new “OHHH MYYY” collab featuring That Mexican OT has already helped him reach new heights.
Prior to delivering his debut single “Let Em Off” in 2018, Zazilla came from a musical family. His cousins Big Fedi and Chino owned and operated a record label throughout the 90s into the 2000s—working with artists such as Baby Bash, JT, Don Cisco, B Legit, and Mac Dre.
While Zazilla is no stranger to hard work, he recently told Remixd Magazine how working with OT during the process of shooting the video for the record gave him a new perspective on what it takes to be successful.
“The best part of it all was that it happened organically and didn’t feel forced like everything was meant to happen this way and also the creative side to be able to work with OT was a dope experience,” he said in part. “To be in the studio right after a show and making oh my it opened my eyes on how this business works and how focused and disciplined you need to be if you want it to work out,” Zazilla said.
The Jae Synth-directed music video for “OHHH MYYY” takes parking lot pimping to new heights as Zazilla and OT take over a local convenience store with an army of fans backing up their every move.
