After more than a decade of developing his sound and building his catalog, the Atlanta native is entering a new chapter with growing hometown support, millions of streams and a fresh release to keep the momentum going.
His latest offering, D-Boy Knots & Soul Ties, gives listeners two new records with different sides of Bally’s sound. The two-pack includes “D-Boy Knots” and “Soul Ties,” with the latter also arriving alongside an official music video.
For those just getting familiar, Bally has spent years shaping a style rooted in his own experiences growing up in Atlanta. His music balances street storytelling with melodic instincts, an approach that has increasingly connected with listeners both inside and outside of his city.

That growth became especially visible with Baby Drank [Refill]. The deluxe project featured Rio Da Yung OG, Raq Baby, Fox BD, BLO, Belly Gang Kushington and more, while reaching the Top 10 on Apple Music’s Hip-Hop chart.
Then there’s “Hustlin Mf” featuring Belly Gang Kushington, which has become one of Bally’s standout records in Atlanta clubs. In July, he brought that hometown momentum to Center Stage ATL, selling out the venue for his first official headline show.

Bally Baby has also earned support from some familiar names along the way. Lil Baby has co-signed the rising rapper, while Bally has connected with artists including Playboi Carti and Ken Carson. His catalog has now surpassed 106 million all-time streams and is currently generating more than four million streams per week.
With D-Boy Knots & Soul Ties, Bally isn’t introducing himself as an overnight success. Instead, the release captures an artist whose years of groundwork are beginning to translate into a much bigger moment.
