The music video takes place in a suburban setting as Drake plays the role of the father of Sexyy’s child which further encapsulates the title of the song. Drake adds a bit of nostalgia throughout the first half of the video with a VHS vlog styled home video as the trio celebrate the upcoming birth of Sexyy’s child. In the video, Drake is seen adding a crown to Sexyy Red’s blonde hair with the words “Mom to be.”
The celebration then takes a turn as Sexyy’s water breaks causing Sza to snap into Doula mode as she clams her down. Eventually, they make their way to the hospital as Sexyy Red then gives birth. Following the birth, the fictional video ends with an additional celebration at the hospital.
