Hip-hop is getting spicy again, and it’s kicking it off with feuds between Drake and multiple people. But one in particular that nobody saw coming was the Toronto rapper exchanging social media blows with the biggest boss thus far.
Before we get into this unexpected rift that kicked off rap’s civil war, Metro Boomin and Future dropped an album, ‘We Don’t Trust You,’ that sent social media into a blaze. Once people discovered Kendrick Lamar featured on a track titled “Like That,” in which Compton rapper J. Cole and Drizzy were dissed, hip-hop has been in an uproar. When Dreamville rapper J. Cole caught wind of the verse, he dropped ‘Might Delete Later,’ which featured “7-minute Drill,” a response to Kendrick. But the response track didn’t last long because Cole removed the track from social media and apologized to Lamar, citing he felt pressured by the public.
Now, Rick Ross is getting involved. Since Rick Ross unfollowed Champagne Papi on Instagram, it has raised many questions regarding why, but in a leaked diss track from Drake, he not only takes shots at Kendrick Lamar, Metro Boomin, and The Weeknd, but he also takes shots at Rick Ross. According to Forbes, the leaked diss track titled “Push Ups (Drop and Give Me 50)” dissed Ross’s age. And he also mentioned the hits that the rapper received in his career came from Drizzy.
Celebrities went into a frenzy all over social media after the leaked song dropped on the net.
Before the fans could soak in the unreleased track, the Miami-Dade rapper spent no time responding to the track with a diss of his own. The diss “Champagne Moments” accused him of having ghostwriters and having cosmetic procedures such as a nose job and a BBL.
Although both rappers have taken shots toward one another since both of the releases. The 6 God posted a screenshot of a conversation between him and his mom joking about the nose job, Ross constantly posts on the Instagram story and X, daring the rapper to respond, and even Uma Thurman weighing on the beef, fans have been reacting to this very unexpected beef. Take a look at some of the reactions below!
