Bay Area rapper White Dave releases eccentric music video for “No Tip Toe”

Born in Oakland now residing in Richmond, CA, lyrical rapper White Dave returns with a new visual “No Tip Toe,” from his EP ‘The Bake Sale’ and is showing audiences why he’s someone who’s quickly on the rise.

Born as Noah David Coogler, White Dave has had the gift of making music his entire life but just recently started to take his music career seriously full-time.

“I’ve been making music for most of my life but I started to make music full time at 27, but I’ve been actively making music for close to twenty years,” he said. “I’ve always had a crazy passion for it and the process behind it.”

Struggling with musical balance between both parents created a conflict for him while growing up, but luckily he was exposed to rap by his father at a young age.

“My mom didn’t really want me and my brothers listening to rap like that but pops always had rap goin when he picked us up from school and practice,” White Dave said. “So it’s no surprise that I find peace in multiple genres of music.”

He capitalized on his creativity and decided to make music, and hasn’t looked back since. Today, White Dave delivers a head-bopping music video to his track “No Tip Toe.” Throughout the entirety of the “No Tip Toe” visual, audiences see White Dave in multiple settings hitting his dance and in the flyest outfits — exuding Bay Area energy in each aesthetic. Embracing his West Coast roots, White Dave flaunts his lyrical yet flossy sound on the track. With the high-class video complementing the laconic, laidback beats, Dave’s passion for his craft is undeniable and his vivacity does not go unnoticed. He has transformed his own personal sound that makes him unique. His last project released earlier this year on April 20th, The Bake Sale, was dedicated to all of his fans who celebrate the 4/20 holiday — which is a common theme throughout his music.

“I always tell the fans one thing you can count on is come content for 4/20,” he says.

White Dave just having fun, dancing and showcasing his versatility all in one in the music video. Going from different colors and trippy effects truly ties in the theme on the project itself coining the 4/20 aspect.

“’The Bake Sale’ is just a celebration of weed, music, and enjoying the vibes of my favorite green friendly holiday Markush and Kev H provided insane production for me to boogie on.”

White Dave’s introduction to the music scene has been making quite a buzz in the Bay Area and he isn’t quite finished, he will be back with more music at the top of the year. His new album The Most High will be releasing January 23rd, and he says, “I got two features from two of my favorite rappers and I can’t wait to share the music with everyone.”

Be on the lookout for more music from White Dave but until then, enjoy the “No Tip Toe” music video below.
