Juicy J’s new album, ‘THE HUSTLE CONTINUES,’ exudes tenacity and nostalgia

The new Juicy J project includes features from Megan thee Stallion, Ty Dolla $ign, Project Pat, A$AP Rocky, Wiz Khalifa, Lil Baby, Young Dolph, NLE Choppa, 2 Chainz, Jay Rock, Logic, and more.

Juicy J has consistently, for almost thirty years, made hit after hit, so it is no surprise that his new album THE HUSTLE CONTINUES would be another highly anticipated success. It’s been three years since Juicy J’s last studio album, Rubba Band Business, yet follows his collab project earlier this year with rapper Splash Drexler titled Money Bank. His first solo album in three years opens with the song “BEST GROUP,” which pays homage to his group mates from Three 6 Mafia, with the lyric, “Who the best group ever did it? Three-6.” His album goes on to have a number high profile features; some stand out tracks include “GAH DAMN HIGH featuring Wiz Khalifia,” “SPEND IT” featuring Lil Baby and 2 Chainz, and “PO UP” featuring Asap Rocky, as well as “SHAWTY BAD” and “1995” both featuring Logic.

Juicy J has dropped a total of three visuals for this project. The first single, “GAH DAMN HIGH,” featuring Wiz Khalifia, came out earlier this year on July 30, 2020, during the height of the pandemic. Wiz Khalifa’s verse was filmed outside of his residence, from a lower vantage point looking up into his window. More recently, Juicy J released his other two visuals, the first with NLE Choppa in October for their track, “LOAD IT UP,” as well as his most up-to-date video with Logic,“1995,” which premiered earlier this week on November 25, 2020.

Juicy J’s new album, THE HUSTLE CONTINUES, was released on November 27, 2020, and is now on all streaming platforms!
