After all these years of having smoke with each other, Gucci Mane and T.I. squash their beef during an Atlanta concert.

After years of a longstanding beef, Gucci Mane and T.I. have finally decided to let go of the feud. The beef originated from a situation that Gucci and Jeezy shared for a while. The differences between the two had begun in 2012 and again it was an issue that involved Jeezy as well. But Gucci and Jeezy resolved their personal issues back in 2020.

During the time the beef was fresh, all three down south rappers were releasing diss tracks against each other. And the three hip hop artists did not hold back during interviews when asked about the other. “No disrespect to Clay but if Tip wants to get into it, he can,” Gucci expressed via Twitter at the time, shortly after releasing a diss track called “Truth.” The diss track was targeting Jeezy at the time but Gucci wasted no time including T.I. and his record label Grand Hustle.

During a radio appearance with Hot 107.9, Tip “T.I.” Harris used that opportunity to clap back at Gucci and said, “Man, I got the money on my mind. I got my sight set on a big sack with a lot of money in it. I’m talking like million-dollar conglomerate type stuff.” Fast forward to six years later, and as confident as he had always been, Gucci claimed that he invented trap music. The comment made by Gucci rubbed T.I. the wrong way and he clapped back.

The project the streets been waiting for!

According to Revolt, on Tuesday October 17th, Gucci Mane debuted his 16th studio project called Breath of Fresh Air. The anticipated project includes features from Lil Baby, J. Cole, Da Baby, Nardo Wick, Roddy Ricch, Kodak Black, 21 Savage, and Young Dolph. Not only did the fans get a new project, but Gucci also surprised the fans with a visual for the opening track on the album “Must Be Me.” The track was produced by J. White and gives fans an insight on his past trials and tribulations he faced.

In addition to the project releasing, later that day, Gucci celebrated by throwing a concert at Tabernacle. Revolt reported that the rapper did not disappoint as he performed with high energy during his set. The Atlanta City Council also awarded him with a proclamation to recognize October 17th as Gucci Mane Day. The evening was filled with so many highlights, as well as surprising the fans by bringing out T.I. to the stage. A post on Gucci’s Instagram story showed the two Atlanta rappers shaking hands and the caption of the post read, “Much respect to Tip.” The project is available on all streaming platforms.
